Burn more than 1000 calories in 1 hour !!!

This is just one exercise but it's a very great exercise for all body part beside a cardiovascular it can burn more 1000 calories in one hour , so it can hep you if you are looking for  loos  those stubborn fat in body so let's jump to real talking .   


Jumping rope or (skipping rope) it's not only a fun exercise but also a very unique a good one because it's consider as a  cardio , endurance , strength , and building muscle exercise also w very good fat burning exercise .  

The very first thing you need to know is what make this exercise unique ,first of all it target all your body muscles and the good thing that you can build some muscles with it if you know the proper workout but today we will talk about burning fat , and how to burn more than 1000 calories in one hour .

Add to your info that there ares a plenty of different jump rope depending on there rope weight and the handles weight so lighter is the better to get lean also about the rate of jumping you should at least have a rate of 1 jump / minute if you can go faster is up to you.

Next is the frequency i really recommend two type of plan the first is short period every like example a 15 minutes  or even 10 minutes the second 3 to 4 times a week with long period of workout up to 30 minutes , if you found 30 minutes too much start with short period and rest between them for example 5 minutes jumping and rest for 1 or 2 minutes between until you reach your goal.

In the end if you want to enjoy your workout more you can add some others exercises like mounting climber or jumping jacks or other exercises just be creative and enjoy your workout.
