intermittent fasting is our subject today , and those who are not familiar with it let us introduce you this method 
Is a diet regime that interval between a period of eating and fasting and sometimes calories reduction , it's originally known from the traditional fasting from a lot of religion .

And there is two type of  intermittent fasting the firs one is 16-8 where you will be fasting for 16 hours and eating for 8 hours like an example you cut eating from 4 am to 8 pm and you can eat between 8 pm to 4 am of the next morning .
The second type is 5-2 where you eat normal for 5 days a week and cut you calories between 500-600  a day .

 now let's talk about the benefits , in a studies  have been published in harvad [1] that said that the intermittent fasting is really effective for weight loos with a loss of 7-11 pounds in 10 weeks.

 Also can increase your metabolism and increase Growth hormone production ,and the trick in intermittent fasting is that when you are fasting you have nothing as fuel except your fat and sugar reserve so when you need energies your body directly go to fat stores in it and consider it as your main energies source .

And a additional information that when you are fasting your insulin level in the blood are low that cause the shouting of your kidneys so you will not need all that water and they will get rid of all excess water you are storing in your body and this will make you look leaner .

in the end i will just say that intermittent fasting is really a good for your health in all aspect and the best method for loosing weight .
