Best legs exercise

For a lot of people who they have been training have issue with developing big and strong legs , maybe this is cause to a problem in their legs workout or something else, even though we will discus today one of the best legs exercises .


As one of the main exercises in power lifting ,squat has a really bad reputation in bodybuilding world , and a lot of people are neglecting them maybe because some man think that is a girly exercise just for having that nice booty looking .

So let me correct your information about it and should you squat :

Quads strength: as one of the biggest muscles groups in the human body , squat mainly target the quads and make them strong and big and that help in getting faster at running .

Hamstrings : are the biggest muscles in the legs , and some people think that squat work only there quads but is wrong it hit also the back of the legs and are really good for making the hamstrings strong and big and more flexible .   

Calves : also one of the forgetting muscles are calves , and as all people unexpected this the squat also work your calves by making big and strong , so it really help to get rid of that chicken legs looking .  

The core :  the squat can also work your core because you will lift the weight over your back and you will be engaging your core to stay balance and  fix the weight and this action requires engaging the abs , the obliques , lower back  and the spine .  

Mobility : when you are squatting you are moving your body forward and backward and this include the joints work and the core which help you to have mobility balance and also flexibility .

Burn fat : when your squatting you will feel like you are running because one of the best exercise for burning fat , a body weight squat are consider as a cardio and can bur up to 200 calories in half hour and this number can be increased by adding more weight.

Increase hormones levels : a lot of studies are shows that squat can increase the production of our hormones like testosterone and Growth hormone even if they still the reason behind it for the thing for sure that squat help in hormones production .
