Become a runner

We all know that running is really good for our physical and mental health, and can help to build the ability of good habit and commitment to something but the big problem is the start as all new things when you want to begin or try something you are getting out from your comfort zone and that a challenge for you and your brain so today we will give some advises for becoming a good runner.  
  


Just start :If you keep thinking about how to get things done nothing will be done by just talking, make the first step and go out you can go run with a real runner that will motivate you and help you to start, also begin with a small duration and increase this period by time.

Slow start :The start is always the big struggle for everyone who is willing to do something new and for that we advise to start a slow one and by that we mean the period of running and the speed, start with a short period like example 5 min to 10 min it's might sound ridiculous time but consistency is the key always add some extra minutes to your run.

Try the Run/Walk method : maybe is the first you heard about this but it's really an effective method to adapt to running , and this method is based on alternate between running and walking period, like an example you want to run 20 minutes so you start with 3 minutes of running followed by 1 or 2 minutes or walking and keep this cycle until you achieve your goal and it recommended that you finish with walking period, and every time you run to increase the run time and decrease the walk time till you run without a walking period .

Breath : as silly as might sound but a few people can really master their breath while running , you should take a good amount of air to fuel your body with oxygen and practice on your breathing technique, when you inhale you should  try to fill your stomach with air, not your lungs and feel as your stomach is a balloon and by this method only you can fill your lungs to 100% .

The proper form and shoes: those two factors can help you prevent injuries, a wrong running form might lead to knee pain and other problems so you should be considering on practicing on your form, and picking up the right pair of shoes for you it's not about the price or the brand but you should try to pick the one who suits the most and make feel comfortable.
