how to start working-out (Body-weight version ) 



So For a lot of guys out there they decide to take a step and make a change in their life and start
working out but the problem is how to start working ?from where to start ? and what should do i in the beginning and a lot of question ? and a lot of question like this ,so today we try to answer some of those question in this article .

So first thing first , the very first thing you should begin with is to get your heart to feel good i mean cardio and you can start  with the very typical one Running , you can visit my other article when i talked how to become a runner i will linked below

so for me i guess you should begin to build your cardiovascular you can run 2 or 3 time a weak , and you can mixed that with start doing some push up and pull up , and for example like take 45 days as a first period of working out , so as we said before you start by running 2 to 3 time a weak and in the other days it means at least 4 days a weak you will do push up pull up and body-weight squat and some abs exercise and let me give some tips i guess when it can to push up maybe you can do more than 1 if you you don't that ok its not a problem you can still do them on your knees on the ground till you can do them properly  and now let talk about the pull up so i guess you cant do even one so for that problem i have for you two tips to start the first you let someone help you or have the assist of resistance band to lift your weight or you you can just have a chair and grab the the bar from the up position and try to get down slowly and keep practice till you can do them properly and i guess there is no problem with body-weight squat 
Now let talk about the volume and i mean by it how many set and rep and for your info the set is a group of rep , so for you in the beginning i will say go as many as you can for 4 set in all of your exercises , so i'll give you  a workout plan for one week :
day one : running
Day two : 4 set of pull ups 4 set of push up 4 set of body-weight squat 4 set of crunches
Day three : the same as day two .
Day Four : rest day .
Day five : running .
Day six : the same as day two .
Day seven : is up to each person how he feel if you feel tired take as a rest day but if you feel good do the same workout as day two .
and like this you finish your first day of training ,and don't forget the two other main factor for  a good workout nutrition and sleeping this two are as important as training you should eat proper food and you can an article about nutrition i wrote before about food keep away from junk food eat more vegetable and fruits and about sleeping you should early get to bed early about 10 pm and have much sleep you need around 7 to 9 hours it depend on each body , it may seems hard in the beginning but it will became a hobby after a while and you will addicted to workout you have just to work throw that situation ,and i guess that all for this article if have further question leave it in the comment below .
