We all heard about gym and fitness in our life and all that hard working and diet but today we will talk about something unusual and we do it daily its walking and the oldest activity human has ever known in the history so let's talk about the benefits of walking for 30 minutes every day:

Burn calories : it can burn a good amount of calories depending on your weight and your pace .

Increase cardiovascular fitness level : walking it's really a good exercise to keep your heart healthy and strong and reduce the risk of heart disease. 

A good regulator : and by regulator we mean regulate blood pressure (lower the blood pressure for hypertension ) and also regulate cholesterol (lower high cholesterol level ) and also control diabetes specially type 2. 

Strengthens Bones : we all know that age have a big impact on our health and can lower the bones density but walking can help to keep your bones strong and pain free also fight osteoporosis.

Strengthens the muscles : If you've been feeling all that soreness in your muscles after a hard workout or a tough day so you might considering of having a little walk it's will really help and also can reduce the back pain.

Weight loss : walking it's a good method for losing some extra pounds without all that hard working , and keep your body in a healthy shape . 

Improve your digestion system : Many people suffer from bloating or gastrointestinal issues therefore your digestive system you should watch your food and drink water ,beside walk to help your system and help it to move and prevent those bloating and constipation problems .
